IT Outage

Our surgery is one of the many organisations that has been affected by a global IT issue this morning.

We currently have limited access to patient’s records and therefore can not discuss any test results or hospital letters at present. We are still seeing patients for acute problems.

In the meanwhile, please speak to your local pharmacy for any medication, call 111 for any medical issue or call 999/ attend A+E in case of emergency.

Please be assured we are in constant communication with all the relevant parties to get our system back up and running.
